Double Diamond Homes Inc. was started in 1994 by the Colorado Springs native Kyle Dickerson. As a builder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from John Brown University combined with an extensive artists background Double Diamond Homes offers a unique balance of industry knowledge combined with creative flare. With an absolute passion for building homes it is our desire to offer clients a one of a kind home that fulfills both their dreams and takes care of their wallets.
Double Diamond Homes is a small, hands on company that doesn't rely on employees for the management aspects of, construction supervision, client relations, subcontractor issues, ect. Instead everyone involved with the home deals directly with the Builder. However, we do rely on licensed, professional subcontractors, that stand out in their field, for each aspect of work on the Home. As a builder that has done everything in the construction his homes, from the design to the move in, we have both an extensive knowledge of each aspect combined with the overall detail of bringing it all together in the best possible way.
It is not our goal to be the biggest, cheapest, fastest, most expensive builder in the area. Its our goal to provide a home that is distinctive to the client with a positive experience and product they can enjoy for years to come.
