Morgan Brothers was founded in 2005 by Architect Patrick Morgan and his two sons Sean and Chad.
Beginning with creative concepts unique to each home, we design and build custom homes in the Colorado Springs area. But, it's all not about building homes. That right, our primary goal is to glorify God through faithful stewardship of all things entrusted to us. We believe that goal also sets us apart in how we build.
Our custom homes are one of a kind, each one is a masterpiece. We literally spend hundreds of hours choosing the right parcels for our homes and then set out to design the perfect home for that land. We consider even the smallest details in the design phase to ensure the lay of the land and the view are woven into the fabric of each home.
Our meticulous nature continues through the building process as we are on site each day and an integral part of every decision. We hand select each subcontractor for their high quality standards, workmanship and reputation.
Did we mention giving back? Each year Morgan Brothers gives 5% of our profits back to worthwhile not-for-profit projects. It is more than just writing a check though; we give our time and energy to these projects and programs too.
Patrick is a 1972 graduate of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). Pat is an award winning architect and has been practicing architecture for 34 years. He is licensed in 19 states. In 1969 he married Marilyn Augustini, they have a daughter Erin and two sons Sean and Chad.
Sean is a 1996 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a 2003 graduate of the University of California, Davis, Graduate School of Management. Sean is a combat veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and is an Air Force Reserve pilot. In 1999 he married Stacy May, they have 2 children, Kaylee and Ayden.
Chad is a 2003 graduate of Colorado State University. Chad has several years of construction experience and has proven himself in the business market as a capable manager.
