Walden Property Owners Association

The Walden Property Owners Association in The Preserve at Walden actively helps protect your long-term interests. Annual dues are $75.00 and are collected every January. One of the responsibilties of the Walden HOA is to manage the architectural control committee otherwise known as the ACC. Members of the ACC review all building plans.
